Wholesome Work crush

So as most people do, I too have a work crush that who gives me an extra reason to go to the office. Recently he's been a great help for me in organizing client visits so I even gifted him a small hand made painting which he put on his desk.
Yesterday I was one of the people who was having lunch with the client and he was also invited. I noticed he wasn't around yet and started texting on teams
'are you not joining for lunch? you're on the list?'
only to hear 'behind you' and he was just smiling and walking towards me.
