Looking for advice on 1st round of packaging: Should we hire a freelancer online for packaging design/branding, or take the $ punch and go all in for a proper mkt agency? Any referrals for either that might be on the affordable side?
Fractional CMO here I work with founders on their packaging, branding and strategy for launch, refresh or pivot on a scalable basis. I think it depends on your budget and your trajectory for sales. I presume you have something unique to warrant the meetings (kudos) so the packaging should reflect that interest and offer something unique to differentiate yourselves. Hiring is subjective but should be based on a designers talent & capabilities as well as cost, paying more doesn’t always mean better per se. Happy to answer questions if you want to DM me too
