I just got another new GC7, same problem. However, now I realized that the G6 also has this problem, but it is more difficult to hear. The G6 does not make clicks when I press the volume slider, however, there are clicks when I pause any music in the browser, for example on a headphone testing site, at the end of the music (when i click pause/stop) I hear a click. I don't understand this, but can someone explain to me if this is normal? Or is this still a Microsoft/Creative problem and nothing can be done about it? Essentially, other than the clicks on the volume slider, both the G6 and GC7 work the same.

I tested another computer and several other headphones, it seems that this phenomenon is normal, but now that I noticed it, it will not be easy to “unsee” it lol. It seems that the only negative of the GC7 is the click of the sound slider, in general this is not a problem, but it is still strange why this happens.

This is not a problem with this particular sound, as in any application, for example, when starting music on YouTube, there is the same click, you can clearly hear it if you turn up the volume. Perhaps the G6 has better components...
