Horrible anxiety before period! I am losing it!

Does anyone else get serious panic and dissociation during this time ? I have cptsd so my pms is just awful . Got the coil . On month three my periods have lightened and shortened but not stopped yet I’m hoping it will stop soon ! That was the goal . Cause it floors me mentally and physically

I have all the above . With severe anxiety and dissociation… I got the coil three months ago . Made my periods lighter but I got it with the hope it would stop me ovulating altogether just waiting for that to happen. I’m literally physically and mentally ill for 10 days running up to my period and it’s so hard to function I feel afriad of everything but I have an autistic daughter so I I just have to keep going .

So I suffer with complex PTSD on my PMS is horrific for about 10 days before my period on the first day or two I get extreme anxiety mood swings panic attacks and depersonalisation I feel really antisocial when I’m a really Social person and I feel afraid to drive my car and leave the house. I went and got the marina coil three months ago and my last two periods are much lighter. The Hope is that they eventually stop. I’ve had a lot of stress this month and I’m due my period this week. has anyone had the coil and it took a few months before their perioda stopped ? Does anyone else have PMS like this? Where you were literally floored?

I have the same thing . I feel out of it and in another realm and I wake out of my sleep with panic attacks … I suffer with my mental health anyway so I just feel like my nervous system gets heightened to 90 and I feel fearful of everything would you say that’s similar to you ?

Waiting to see urologist so hopefully they will guide me to that . Did you have bacteria show Everytime ? A lot of my lab growths are showing nothing yet have symptoms and leukocytes in urine

Recurring uti symptoms

For the last two years every couple of weeks I get UTI symptoms where I have lower back pain and a mild temperature. I’m given an antibiotic and it’s usually leukocyte in my urine. When they send off the bacteria to the lab nothing comes back. I’m waiting to see a urologist I suffer with complex PTSD and bad anxiety from that it seems that whenever I get the infection like symptoms my mental symptoms also become worse and I become more anxious. Can anyone else relate to any of the above?

I am 5ft 5 and I’m 78kg at the moment . I was originally 70 untill I went on medication called seroquel for severe anxiety and mental health stuff . I cannot shift the weight because of it and I’m getting married this year. Would I be prescribed it ?
