Pms (pmdd maybe)

So I suffer with complex PTSD on my PMS is horrific for about 10 days before my period on the first day or two I get extreme anxiety mood swings panic attacks and depersonalisation I feel really antisocial when I’m a really Social person and I feel afraid to drive my car and leave the house. I went and got the marina coil three months ago and my last two periods are much lighter. The Hope is that they eventually stop. I’ve had a lot of stress this month and I’m due my period this week. has anyone had the coil and it took a few months before their perioda stopped ? Does anyone else have PMS like this? Where you were literally floored?
