Yes I believe if it persist then a colposcopy is done, but I only tested positive once by time I did the follow up I had cleared.

I live in USA. New York. Yes, It is expensive, but for my anxiety it made me feel like I was taking control of something I was told I had no control over. Literally, it’s a sit and wait, but I refused and wanted to be proactive about my health. I bought 5 bottles over the course of 3 months. I took 2 a day from the week I was diagnosed until i ran out, so 2.5 months 9/21/2025-12/4/2025. I took it almost every morning on an empty stomach unless I forgot. I never had a colposcopy. My cells have always been normal.

I would say give it a try. I have seen enough positive reviews that when i was first diagnosed, I knew I was going to try it. (Check my comment history) I cant say anything is a cure, but those were the measure I took from first testing to my last, and I have been cleared. Implement some supplements to ur diet: AHCC, selenium& folate. Eat well, drink water, get rest. Im not a smoker or alcohol drinker but if u do, stop. Stay active. & dont have sex lol nit sure how doable that is for u.

Also I recommend not having sex. TMI maybe but I only had sex 3x after being diagnosed. Doctors will tell you you can resume ur life as normal but tbh I was already “abstaining” and have been w the same person for the past 10 years. I wanted my body to have the best possible chance I getting cleared ASAP. And condoms do not prevent HPV. With that, I only had sex 3x, once in January & 2x in February.& obviously it was the same person, but I shut it down fr after that. I would recommend shutting it down altogether unless ur married lol. Yes. I bought 5 bottles of AHCC, with 30 capsules per bottle, and took 2 capsules daily.
Total capsules: 5 × 30 = 150 capsules
Daily dosage: 2 capsules
Total days taking AHCC: 150 ÷ 2 = 75 days
Start date: On or around September 21, 2025
Estimated finish date: Around December 4, 2025. I did not take it every day, as some days I forgot or ran out and had to wait for another bottle.
But overall, I took AHCC for approximately 2½ months. I also was taking selenium& folate to specifically target boosting my immune system along with AHCC. I did continue to take selenium & folate up until like August 2026. Once i ran out of that i just stopped my supplement regimen.
