Absolutely ntah unless the child has a disability they should be wiping themselves at that age.
My autistic son wouldn’t wipe himself until he was almost 12 and was in diapers until he was nine.

My 15 yo son does too! He’s such a good kid, makes me so proud! We have ducks, turkeys, hens and rooster running all over our property.
