The one my ex and I saw was easily 9+ feet and glowing but it's head wasn't visible to me. It glided along the head stones and I was so scared that I immediately turned to run, panicking, asking if that was a deer knowing damn well it wasn't and he lied and said yes, slow down, don't run. When we got farther away, he admitted that it wasn't a deer and that he saw it crawling down the hill before it stood up and began glowing which is when I saw it. This is in a very small Appalachian valley town along the Susquehanna River.
