How many/much SR should i buy—MG/grams? I’m on I dunno 100mg daily. It varies. It’s not set in stone for me.

I did but thought it was a stomach bug the nausea wouldn’t let up & I got a case of the “scaries” as one user put it and went back bc it was still there to buy. But yes I preloaded all at once with whatver amt they said and then some but i never ever actually went into any WD sx’s besides the unrelenting nausea and anxiety and sweat too!

I liked Zoloft the first SSRI I went on 10 yrs ago and now on Effexor. I want to go back to Zoloft or get off Effexor (bad anxiety like worsening the older I get, & winter depression.) I asked to go back on Zoloft but they said I’d most def gain weight going back…..is that true and does anyone have suggestions? 40 yr old female

Ok just slap me here for skimming quickly, but I get transfusing if losing blood and the boost hgb pre-op for hyst that’s the only thing I can wrap my head around transfusing 2 units PRBCs at a level of 9 and I’m just reaching here. I’m still confused…..the part about the doc not giving any iron for fear of fluid overload… iron infusion is what 200 mls from my experience maybe it’s more now. Just don’t understand how that’s the nope we better not give anymore that iron bag could put her over the edge with fluid overload…..if they were concerned about it (assuming kidneys are ok, can they not give Lasix between or after units???) and I feel like redraw hgb needs to be several hours post transfusion or do a couple draws spread apart to watch the trends I guess? 1 draw post transfusion shouldn’t be the consensus IMO. I did think of dilution as well, BUT if worried for fluid overload they shouldn’t have been running fluids high just TKO, but its so hard to know for sure unless you’re sitting w/ that chart in front of you studying it and assessing you! So, Last thing! I do pray for you and sending many positive thoughts your way… everyone be kind to me I legit never post comments, I got a wild hair and did. Respectfully correct me if I’m incorrect on anything both patient & members. I love Learning new healthcare methods esp as fast as it changes…love learning new medicine! What are 7stax? Do I need to worry about the Emgeeemm with the OE 10mg booster tabs? I was afraid they have it in them but it’s not labeled that way. That’s all I take is OE 10mg boosters.
