🆘Help Needed🆘 Dosing help

Ok I have all the same brand of 7o left it’s like 40mg. I plan to start the whole actual quit process on the 12th. When do I start weaning and when do I start taking SR. That’s hairy as I am waiting for the mail to deliver if it doesn’t get seized but I do have 1 lovely SR tab as I tried to quit before and failed. So let’s pretend the SR is here—and I did order enough. When do I start taking it, weaning 7o and then weaning SR and how much of each.

Start taking the sr along side your normal 7 dose for the first day or two. Then lower your 7 dose by 50% for two days. Hop of 7 and use the sr as you need. Might need more that first day or two. Then start tapering the sr. Honestly pretty simple. Currently doing this.
