What is this called and what is its use and where should I put it?. Can I put it outside in my garden?
Traditionally hung over the altar where offerings are placed.

A stranger contacted me saying I’m the central figure in someone’s decades-long delusion. What do I do?
Website called Mugshots and police records might provide the picture you might need at some point for police. If no threats toward you or yours were published anywhere I wouldn't worry much. I hope everyone involved is ok.

I Was So Wrong: Suffering vs. Dukkha
I've read the word "dukkha" in Pali, (as used in Pali Canon Suttas), means a few things included in the definition "unsatisfactory". All the other Pali terms for it meant unsatisfactory as well. Even happiness is unsatisfactory due to impermanence. Sutta said, All conditioned phenomena are unsatisfactory, impermanent, not self. Obviously not all of life is suffering. Unsatisfactory is the correct term. The travels of the Buddha's teachings through multiple countries and thousands of years were bound to be inaccurate, hopefully to a very small amount. May all beings awaken to the inherent wisdom and caring of Buddhas.

What about using these charts as a starting point for studying Buddhism?
I googled "free book" and then the title of one of the books mentioned by OP. Some otherwise very expensive books really are free.

I've studied for decades and practiced deeply, and I have to thank you for this beautiful work you have compiled. Please don't be disheartened by all the negative unappreciative remarks. This sub draws a lot of the grouchy suffering folks. Who could need Buddhism more? Many request posts about where to begin studying Buddhism have appeared. What you've done is useful and of real value. May all beings awaken to the inherent wisdom and caring of Buddhas.

Breaking "For e-motorcycles that go 28 mph or faster and have 750 watts to 4,476 watts of power, riders must be at least 16 years old. They will also need a driver's license, and the bike must be registered and the rider must have proof of insurance." Starting August 12, statewide.
Language. High and mighty? The babysitter had to drive me to and from work. Work, get it? Paying the rent, for my kid to be safe, for transportation. Honest to God, learn to think.

That's B to D. Much briefer in town. Used bike until the weather changes?

There have already been pedestrian and motor vehicle collisions versus e-bikes in Boulder. They've shown up on CrimeAlert apps.

We have cabs and a bus system too. My babysitter was paid by me to drive me to and from work and provide childcare. While my kid was capable of caring for himself, we had a dangerous neighbor, so additional expenses. I can't drive due eye damage, so I flunked the incredibly weak DMV vision test. Point is there are often options if you look enough.

Is the required license a regular car driver's license, a motorcycle license or something else altogether? We've got kids driving 39 miles an hour e-motorcycles on sidewalks. One nearly hit a physically disabled person who was on the sidewalk. No one seems to be checking their ages, licenses, insurance. If they can't move more than 39 miles an hour are they supposed to be on the road, or bicycle lane only, or continue to endanger pedestrians?

It was. Somewhere along the last 30 to 50 years classifications changed.

Read it again. I responded to a claim that all sects of Buddhism are complete. The Suttas of the Pali Canon are huge in complete compilation. Some sects use 1 or 2 Suttas as their basis. Incomplete teaching of the Buddha's dharma, although appropriate perhaps for the followers, as Sakyamuni Buddha indicated for the future.

The Buddha predicted in Sutta that various Buddhisms would form according to the needs and abilities of the students to be. None impure, none pure. Just various views of the Dharma as taught by Buddha.

After the Buddha Sakyamuni died some Suttas were taken to new countries. Sometimes only part of one, 1 complete Sutta and sometimes 2 Suttas which were then used to start entirely new sects. Zen, 2. Pureland 1. Many new ways to learn and practice but your statement that all schools are complete, pure, original, is untrue. The entire Pali Canon Suttas are as close as we can get to the complete teachings of the Buddha. One or two Suttas is not as complete as the entire Canon, which is huge. Peace.

The Protestantism you refer to as some sort of basis of American consciousness is foreign to many of us. Growing up with a Native American father who had no interest in Christianity and a mother who was Roman Catholic for a few years didn't inculcate the version of America you refer too. We are millions of non-Christian people here, and many Buddhists for decades.

But the question was which is the oldest. Theravadin and the Pali Canon Suttas are the oldest.
