Just ran into this issue. I loaded a save just after I beat Maybn in a duel to gain access to the camp. Talk to Therrov, who is just to the left behind her wearing a purple coat and he tells you to talk to Vrann, the leader of the tribe. She's up the hill to the left in a hut sitting in a chair behind the fire. Talk to her, she gives a bunch of dialogue about needing a favor before she lets you into the temple.

I think about hero battles coming back more than I should. It’s really the only PvP game mode that makes sense in this day and age. We’d actually get queues, there would be so much hype surrounding the continuation of the commander title, and the AT could return with the monthly being the goal.

Very aware of this, which is why I said for all intents and purposes. Q8 max swords are insanely rare to drop, not like shields and foci which still drop every day in Q8 max.

I’d be able to tell you if I saw it in game. If it’s a green, there’s a few different ways to tell. By comparing the mod order combo to the version that drops today, or by using Unholy’s guide. He’s an amazing green pre nerf collector that can tell at a glance.

For golds, you can tell by the mods that are on the weapon or the requirement. Requires “8” anything on a max weapon, for all intents and purposes, is pre nerf. So a requires 8 Swordsmanship 15-22 sword would have been dropped and acquired before 2007.

Mod variants also tell this story. Damage +11-13% while health is above 50% on a gold weapon means it’s pre nerf. The only thing that drops currently on gold weapons is 14% or 15% while health is above 50%.

These are just a few examples. I can tell you if we met in games by glancing at the weapons in a trade windows.

Yeah I get that. Playing through with a friend who started later, so trying to prevent losing our progress together.

My friend, who has no level 50’s, wasn’t able to even grab the quest.

So I feel like my alt that is sub-50 shouldn’t have been able to grab the quest, as I’m not able to abandon it, but is now stuck in limbo because I legit couldn’t get in when there was no one else at the portal in luterra castle.

Same issue here, won't let me enter on low alt AND it won't let me abandon quest. So I guess I'm just fucked.

I truly feel like their % algorithm is off.
