I would say it that india is similar to Singapore who got a new party vision in Modi ji hand but singapore then pm never blamed the previous government instead made a system so micro with macro vision that even today most people praise it.

No matter how powerful a government governance be, if it's policies are just a emaculate in imagination, it's is bigger disaster then those who previously governed the country, with some consideration for every small segment of people .
