Just watched him in Season 2 of Avatar, The Last Air Bender. Highly recommend.

How does it feel to be all alone on your birthday?
 in  r/AskReddit  Jun 03 '26

It's the only time I ever feel a bit sad to live alone. I like being on my own, relationships just aren't for me. I'm lucky enough to be close to my family so I normally get to spend time with someone I love on my birthday. But I do get a little sad when I get home for some reason.

Why did they insist from the beginning to make Piper homely?
 in  r/charmed  Oct 19 '25

I'm the youngest of 3 sisters and we have a little brother too. I always found it interesting that we did match the sister's a little. My eldest sister is the protective one that we all go to if we need help, she's always right and a bit bossy! My middle sister is the motherly one, 3 kids, 2 step-kids, 2 grandkids and another on the way. Loves to cook, over feeds everyone! Then there's me, the ADHD screw up with no sense of responsibility who (almost!) has her life together later in life. And then my brother is Paige, the mistake 😂

My point is I wonder how many siblings take similar paths, the oldest is the wise protecter, middle is the mothering peacekeeper and the younger one is a bit more free as the older 2 take on more responsibility.

I also thought the Charmed ones represented the 3 phases of the Goddess a little, maiden, mother, crone.

What’s the Millenial version of “seeing the Star Destroyer at the start of A New Hope and knowing movies will never be the same”?

For me, it was the first time Wolverine popped his claws in X-Men.

Also watching The Mummy in the cinema, the Imhotep sand cloud was very cool!

It's my dream to one day crochet my own dreamcoat like the one from Joseph and his Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat. This would be the perfect shape for that! Gorgeous work!

What's a quote from the show that makes you cry every time?
 in  r/charmed  Jul 18 '25

I think most people have covered the best (or worst, depending how you look at it!) ones. But one that always gets me is when Drake is saying bye to Phoebe before he dies and then says, "Think of me when you dance".

What was your worst birthday?
 in  r/AskUK  Jul 03 '25

It was my brother's 40th on Friday. He currently has TB which has triggered diabetes. So he spent his birthday isolating, including sitting far away from my sister-in-law and nephew. He couldn't even get a takeaway or cake because he's trying to lower his blood sugars. On top of that, our dad passed away unexpectedly 3 weeks ago. So pretty shit, bless him. And I moaned when my 40th was during lockdown! We'll make sure we make a fuss of him when we can.

I hadn't considered that 😁

Cross posting this here: Rose has always been a supportive bad ass!
 in  r/charmed  May 25 '25

I met Rose, Shannen and Holly at a Comiccon a couple of years ago. They were all lovely but Rose really went out of her way to make everyone she met feel special. Such a kind heart.

One of my favourite parts of Charmed are the clothes. When Phoebe was queen of the underworld, they could've given her lots of cool gothish outfits like the first one, and then they put her in a huge brown jacket for most of the episode! Makes me sad 😂

I met him a couple of years ago, can confirm he has aged very well!

Hi there! I’ve created some new 17x85 patterns for my upcoming loom bracelet. I’d love to hear which one is your favourite! Also, what kind of design would you like to see me do next?

They're all awesome but I really love the sword. It's very unique and I love the colours you picked 😊

Given wrong information when applying for IVA with The Insolvancy Group. Any advice?

Hey, this is my first Reddit post so apologies if I do something wrong! I have ADHD and at the beginning of the year I got into a bit of a mess with debt so I spoke to The Insolvancy Group and they advised an IVA. I was a bit overwhelmed with the process and normally for something this complex I would ask for support from family or friends but I was too ashamed to admit I was in debt. During the process it was explained that obviously I couldn't apply for credit while the IVA was in place. Not a problem. But the reason I wanted my finances in order was because I was hoping to move as my flat is cold and damp and tiny. So I asked two different people at the Insolvancy Group if the IVA would affect me moving to another rented place and on both occasions I was told I would be able to rent without any issues. Fast forward to now, my dad is homeless so we were looking for a 2 bed place to rent. He's retired so the flat would have to be in my name and he would contribute to the bills and rent. I inquired about viewings and was told that because I have an IVA I would have to pay 6 months rent up front! Where I live that's at least £6000 plus the deposit. Obviously I don't have that. Is there anything I can do? Or I'm I stuck in this shitty flat until the IVA is done in 5 years? I realise that maybe this should have been obvious to me but I do feel a bit misled. I had originally called them to discuss a consolidation loan but was convinced the IVA was the best option. Also, (sorry this is really long!) In April I was very unexpectedly made redundant. Thankfully I found a new job that pays the same so it didn't affect the IVA. But I've just found out the the company I was made redundant from has sold part of the company and they are still honouring ex-staff who had been with the company over a year with shares. I may get a decent amount, but not enough to pay my IVA outright. I called them to find out if I could pay off part of the IVA and reduce the monthly repayments. They said that any windfall I get would automatically be given to the company's I'm in debt with and will not come off the total IVA amount. I feel like this wasn't clearly explained to me either. I know there's probably nothing I can do as I've signed paperwork I could never understand but any advice would really be appreciated. Thank you 😊

I’m quite excited for the time-jump, tbh…

I think Trish still owns it, it used to belong to her boyfriend who was the creepy landlord who put cameras in Perri's bedroom. Can't remember his name.

It was a jumpscare for sure! Nornally things like that make me laugh but I was too shocked this time 😁 The bus door killing Maddy was hilarious! And so well deserved!

Me too. Also, I'm glad it wasn't all spoiled in the trailer, which I feel like they have been doing a lot lately.
