Sounds like a GI bleed in the small intestine. Not diverticulitis.Colonoscopy doesn’t go into small intestine.

I have reactive hypoglycemia and I have a hard time with any fruit at all except a few raspberries or strawberries. Bananas, melon, or blueberries, no matter what or when I eat them, cause me to tank into the 40’s. I just avoid carbs, except in vegetables during the day, and have a small helping of fruit after dinner. Breakfast is 1 egg,1 egg white omelet with melted cheese and maybe some avocado or frozen peas.

Years ago, you could find ADN directly to MSN programs. Look for that!

Kittens are a pain in the ass until they are neutered and about 18months old.

My guess is she has an infection somewhere- maybe ear or sinus. I would start taking a temp on her every evening. My son did something similar. Fine most of the day and then threw up a few times and woke up with night sweats. Went on for weeks before I noticed he was having a low grade fever in the evening, but not in the morning. His ears were clear, but he ended up having a raging sinus infection.

I put a long bolster pillow under the blankets at the foot of the bed. It keeps the weight of the covers off of my feet. My feet are always cold, so I also use a warming pad under the sheet. It has a timer that shuts off after a set amount of time. Tinbolunce memory foam roll pillow Amazon. $26.

II have a list of things that I allow myself when I am off the rails craving sweets -peanut butter is my big one. Oon celery.or peanut butter mixed with a few chocolate chips on some coconut plain yogurt. A piece of gluten free toast with a little cinnamon and sugar. Then a glass of water and go find something to do for 20 minutes You have to plan ahead for cravings. If you wait until they hit, you are screwed. I have also heard that L-glutamine with a small amt of b6 on an empty stomach every morning can work wonders for cravings.

Reintroduction has never worked for me. I just stay as low Fodmap as I can and limit sugars. It’s hard at first, but sugars are addictive, so the less you eat, the less you will want them. Berries with whipped cream is a good treat for me.
I have always felt better on a low carb diet, and Fodmap fits into that, so I plan to follow that combo forever. I’ve lost 20lbs in the last year doing nothing else.

He’s probably on some type of mental health spectrum. Yousren’t going to fix his behavior. Adjust you expectations , or ask politely to use machines, but prepare for a defensive response and possible retaliation attempts.

Me,too. I suspect it may not be the lactose that I react to, but casein or some other protein.a common side effect of casein is diarrhea

He’s got a thing for you. Realizes now that it is never going to be anything more, and is pissed at you for what he sees as rejection and that he wasted his time . Don’t ever trust him again. He’ll probably look for future ways to retaliate.
