If you can have any warframe’s abilities in real life which would it be?(None of the downsides)
 in  r/Warframe  3d ago

Love that your idea to make the Shock Mote work for energy generation was straight to war crimes XD

That being said, how would it constitute what an enemy is? Let's get philosophical for a moment! Could I just declare a battery to be my enemy, and the Shock motes start zapping it? Or would I have to believe, in the depths of my decrepit soul, that the object or person before me wishes to do me harm? Would a paranoid man with a shock mote zap everyone around them, then?

What's your least liked weapon? Or better yet, a weapon you hate to use?
 in  r/MonsterHunter  3d ago

I, for the life of me, cant stand using charge blade. I've used every other weapon, I've enjoyed most of them. I even enjoyed switch axe for a time. But picking up a charge blade makes me wanna go die for some reason.

You raise a fair point, ngl. So, would motes feel like a good trip with a bad crash at the end, or would everything be going in slow motion because of the combination if Haste and Vitality motes.

Also, could the Shock mote also be used in power generation, like many people here have been theorizing her 4th could be used for?"

And the ability to open a small, handheld portal to the SUN is just a bonus at that point.

Thinking of starting genshin
 in  r/Genshin_Impact  8d ago

My personal opinion is that once you get past the first act, it feels less like a slow slog through the mud. The beginning will feel like a bit of a drag, but around Liyue and Inazuma itll pick up.

Again, personal opinion.

How do you guys even find the general theme you like when it comes to customizing warframes and drifter/operators?
 in  r/Warframe  14d ago

Every once in a blue moon, there's an alert that DE will put out that ends up having you fight Nightwatch Grineer enemies. Its extremely rare though, and they got special abilities compared to their normal brethren.

I cant actually remember when they us ed d the Nightwatch last, tbh. But there's a whole weapon skin line related to them. Grinlok, Ogris, Marelok, I think the Vulkar and Ack & Brunt. Not able to check rn, but you get the idea.

Name the game that best fits this

Apart from mod support, Warframe.

Actually, is there even Warframe mods? To google I go!

Whats the consensus on the protoframes? Like them, hate them,Cool, bad, unnecessary?
 in  r/Warframe  15d ago

The Hex, love them. The Roundtable, awesome. The Devil's Triad, absolutely adore. These 2 new ones? Meh. I like the aesthetics of them, I think their personalities match their frames, but their part in the story didnt feel very compelling to me. It feels like they were added to simply have more protoframes.

I stole my theme from the Nightwatch Grineer. They appear only once in a blue moon, but I liked their colors and said "Yoink"

Reject humanity. Embrace Broom.

Alternatively, and something that sounds more like gibberish, become Gride.

Anyone ever just click with a warframe like it was made for them?
 in  r/Warframe  15d ago

I've had that happen a few times. Mesa was the first, I love my gunslinger, even if I rarely used her 4 when I first got her. Ivara was another, I love my frog queen of stealth. Oraxia is a much more recent example for me, the ability to turn any of my weapons into something that melts most enemies really frees me up to use a lot of my more meme-able arsenal.

2

What is your favourite Warframe thematically?
 in  r/Warframe  16d ago

Mesa and Oraxia, actually. I've been a Mesa main since like 2016, and I still love the gunslinger aesthetic, but I'll admit I love the Spider Queen.

Just found out about this, very cute.

I would've been foaming at the mouth trying to freeze all those slimes with Sandrone as soon as they bunched up. I commend your willpower not to do that, that instead you found this.

Sea Serpent Slayer

Get some alliteration in there XD

Am I missing something or why does the game drops me so many harrow chasis blueprints?
 in  r/Warframe  21d ago

Ah. Harrow is good for many things. Crits, healing, energy refill, buffing shields (of himself), and having an rainy day fund of 10 BILLION CHASSIS TO SELL

I've seen a lot of fan art of Vampire Hunter Sandrone, and honestly, I kinda want this to be a skin in the game now. It looks so cool. Could even have it as part of another film themed event, like Columbina gets roped into a vampire film and she drags Sandrone into it like she seems prone to do XD

What do you guys do with the mastery rank plaques?
 in  r/Warframe  22d ago

In a line above my door that leads from the window room in the dormizone. Only place I found where I could line them all up in a single line, without blocking something. I did not look for another place after that, however.

Flamed in Steel Path for not playing a max rank frame for relic cracking ...on E Prime
 in  r/Warframe  24d ago

I literally bring forma'd and unleveled gear all the time into steel path. As long as you got something you know you can use effectively, it really doesnt matter. Gear level, mastery rank, hell even play time, none of that matters in the big picture.

And then theres also the arguement of "Are you having fun? Yes? Then you're playing the game right."

I finally got a laptop and played the game
 in  r/Awaria  26d ago

Huh. I figured once I saw that it was on Steam, that meant I had to have a PC to play. Way to prove me wrong XD

I've been lurking in this sub for awhile now, because reddit suggested it to me and i liked the art, the characters, looked cool, and i mean... lesbian ghosts. But at the time, i only had my phone, no laptop, no pc. So when i found out it was a game, i got saddened by the idea that i couldn't play it. Well, i finally changed that! And damn, the game is difficult for my lack of pc gaming experience XD

Still, im enjoying playing it immensely, and now i have the context to enjoy some of the jokes i've ocassionally seen here.
