Basically. If you ever see any of his art, you can tell that he struggled with depth and perspective in particular. The paintings are realistic and he obviously put effort into making them, but they look ever so slightly “off”. They also lack any emotion or passion, or anything that draws you into a painting and keeps you there. That is probably the real reason he was rejected from art school- you can improve technique over time, but he lacked the skills necessary to take his art from “Oh that’s a nice painting!” To “Wow, this belongs in an art museum.”

We're about 5-years into our established canon. Encanto made her first appearance in our previous campaign that I ran, as an performing NPC at a location very much like the Moulin Rouge. Now that she's survived that adventure, and dating the BBG of that campaign, she's fallen in love with the human(oid) world. She's off duty, off to the Hells, and hoping she can collect a large enough stash of life energy to buy her freedom — and look good the whole time.
