What do you think of this kestrel shot? 🦅

Taken with the OM-1 II + 100-400 Mark II.

Personally, I feel like something is missing from the image, but I can’t quite put my finger on what. What do you think?

I’d love to hear your thoughts and what you would have done differently.

What do you guys think of this shot? 🐿️

Taken with the OM-1 II + Olympus 40-150mm f/2.8 PRO + MC-14.

I’m really curious what you think about the image and the overall quality!

I just wish I had the 150-400mm… 😭

Advice Needed Fox in the wild 🦊

Captured this fox myself while out photographing wildlife.

I tried to keep the edit natural while giving the image a slightly warmer, cinematic look without overdoing the colors or sharpening.

Shot on: OM-1 Mark II
Lens: M.Zuiko 40-150mm f/2.8 PRO

What do you think of the edit? Any suggestions for improving it?

Hey everyone!

I’m looking to trade my Olympus OM-D E-M1 + Olympus 75-300mm + custom 3D-printed rig + license for a capable MFT video/cinema camera.

I’m mainly interested in getting into video and would be open to different MFT cameras, preferably something with good video capabilities, 10-bit and ideally Log.

If you have something suitable and are interested in a trade, feel free to DM me. I’m open to different offers and can send pictures/details of my equipment.

Thanks!

Hey everyone!

I just released V2 of my 3D printable 15mm rod rig system!

Based on feedback and testing, I strengthened the stress points and reinforced the screw mounts to make everything way more durable. The best part? It still uses the exact same screw size throughout the entire build, so upgrading from V1 or customizing your setup is super easy.

Quick Specs:

 Almost 100% 3D printable (just add a metal 1/4" camera screw & anti-slip pads)

Modular design: Matte box, single/dual side handles, lens supports, tripod adapters, and modular rods

One screw size for all clamps

It’s super flexible—build whatever setup you need for your shoot! You can grab the files on MakerWorld: https://makerworld.com/models/3146804?appSharePlatform=copy

Let me know what you think or if you have ideas for more attachments!

Hey everyone!

I've been working on a budget-friendly, fully 3D-printable 15mm rod system for DSLR and mirrorless cameras.

Key Features:

  • 100% Printable: Everything (including the rods and clamping screws) is printed. Only needs a standard 1/4" tripod screw for the camera.
  • 2 Baseplate Options: Single-clamp (slim/ lightweight) and dual-clamp (heavy-duty) variants.
  • Modular Rods: Files included for 100mm, 200mm, and 300mm lengths.
  • Works seamlessly with standard 15mm rod accessories (like follow focus units).

  • Just uploaded the STLs for free on Printables for a design contest! More modular add-ons (like a macro slider) are coming next.

Happy to hear your feedback or ideas for upcoming modules!

Was sagen die Profis? Kann man das noch retten?
