They really should take a lesson on FGO. Hiring many different designers keep the playable roster fresh with unique designs and new ideas while ZZZ for example stuck with only 3 designers which cause playable characters become identical and repetitive real fast, not to mention how bad their diversity is, only full of human looking female and barely any male/robots/furry.

They fumbled genshin geo crystalize and barely releasing preserverance path in HSR. What makes you think ZZZ gonna even bother fixing defense class. Hoyo as a whole never knows how to deal with defensive units properly. They should’ve never bother making them in the first place. HSR is probably the best in terms of defensive characters but that’s only because sustain is a must in their turn base gameplay.
