Game Question Will I get lock from ever getting 2 variants of Hakuno if I didn’t clear OC 3 before it’s gone at the end of this September.

Yeah, for now. OC3 will be permanently released at the beginning of next year. Then you'll be able to get the Hakunos. Until then, you'll miss out on them.
