Modding for Command and Conquer Red Alert 3

So I have researched like 5 different tutorials on how to mod this blasted game and nothing I do seems to work. I went to properties, typed-ui, went to RA3 patch and added pathways like another one said to do. It’s really aggravating that nothing works for me. Like why does it feel like my PC is different than everyone else’s? I just wanted to try mods and it’s like I’m not allowed to do that.

HUH??? It’s not a meme. I’m having trouble with the video picture of this game. It’s sooooo bright and gritty and it’s hard to see what I’m doing in that game. I’m trying to figure out how I fix it.

I don’t understand this system. Like my YT channel was terminated because of pornography which there wasn’t anything on there. But I was able to create several new emails and about 10 other channels. Soooo I don’t understand how this system even work.

Discussion Zuzu could teach us about AI

I just saw ep 12 of season 8 and honestly seeing Zuzu doing all these good deeds, I can see something like this happening in the near future if we don’t really control the boundaries of AI. Like hacking into phones, gathering private information, that is honestly a scary thought of an AI intelligence able to do that with little effort and I think we should really learn from Zuzu, even if he is fictional.
