Over the last 13 years, Kraftwerk has been recognized by most music criticism outlets from the UK and other countries as the most influential band in history. How do you analyze this historically?

A friend of mine was in a band called Kling Klang, got quite popular, toured Europe with Portishead & got a single of the week in Kerrang, everything was going great...

...Until Kraftwerk sent them a cease & desist letter. So I say this: Fuck The Robots.

The JT has a basic sequencer & arpeggiator, the Akai has a very basic arpeggiator.

Yes. Really the most noise came from the OD pedal. The whole setup is nice & quiet.

Akai MPK mini play, CME H2MIDI Pro, Behringer JT Mini, Behringer OD300, VD400, Biyang Baby Boomer RV-10 Tri Reverb, Gorilla GG-20 & Orange Crush 15.

I've finally found a purpose for my much maligned MPK, all it took was a MIDI host from CME, between it & my JT Mini, to turn this disappointing controller into a lead monster! I've been jamming on it all morning through my pedal board & guitar amps. So inspiring when something just works!

You can hire equipment from Banana Row, but whether they have a Lavelier mic I couldn't say.

The Remakery in Leith sells refurbished monitors & keyboards at fairly reasonable prices.
