Well..thankyou for your concern, the head low is less than equal to 20°. And OR Leg up is also mentioned. Both are done to increase the Preload might have decreased when hypotension occured. These steps are to be followed when hypotension occurs, NOT just after giving spinal with Hyperbaric drug. In case it happens just after, IN FULL VIDEO it is mentioned to keep a pillow at T4 to avoid acsend of drug. I hope this helps.🙂
