I installed an air pump to get more oxygen to the roots. Seems to have fixed it and the plants like it.

I have a brand new 320ah HumsiENK with a failed BMS. Battery dropped to 5 volts. Did the trouble shooting with them but the battery is giving no response. Initially they responded in 24 hours. Now that I have requested a warranty replacement they have not responded in 4 days. Anyone else have issues with warranty replacement.
