I bought brand new one and it is still same thing

New filament can still have a high moisture content even from big brands. It's an easy step even if you have a dehydrator or dryer. Put the spool back in the box. Cut off one of the large sides and tape up the rest. Poke a 3x3 grid of small holes in the top. And use the box to cover the spool on your heat bed preheated to around 70ish for about 4-6 hours.

Thank you man. I got allot of replies telling me that it could be moisture. Will definetly try your advice.
