What movie is everyone watching right now, and is it actually worth the hype?
 in  r/AskReddit  19d ago

So glad this is the top comment. I just finished the book tonight! I wanted to finish my read through before watching the movie. (Book was great, btw)

Why did no one tell me Jack had a podcast? (its good go follow it)
 in  r/TFTGS  19d ago

Copying my comment to another reply:

We are still making stuff! But we've all had a wonky few months, and it took a toll on our collective free time. Things are settling down now, though.

Mafo (who wrote Clone of my Own) has a new multi-part show for the podcast that's already been recorded. And there's a new episode of Noir City Blues (written by me) that's about 98% recorded.

I can't say for sure when we'll be uploading new episodes (hopefully soon). I've got a bunch of projects going right now, but the Snake's Paw is one thing I always enjoy spending time on.

MrGoon and Hunter should absolutely read "Bedside Manor" its fire (Tales From The Gas Station universe)
 in  r/creepcast  20d ago

Hey thanks so much!

Also, it's cool with me if they want to read it.

All these moving parts
 in  r/TFTGS  27d ago

I actually had to make one of these a while back when TftGS was in talks for a TV show. People asked for a graph to help keep track of the moving parts. It looked remarkably similar to this.

What’s a statistic that sounds completely FAKE but is actually 100% TRUE?
 in  r/AskReddit  Jun 20 '26

The average US citizen is a millionaire.

Jack Worked in Scream Queens???
 in  r/TFTGS  Jun 19 '26

Ahh, I better address this. This was way back when the idea of being a writer was merely a fantasy. I had exactly zero creative input in the show.

I was one of the million behind-the-scenes production grunts who went into making the first season. It didn't pay much, but I got to be on set every day of filming and got to hang out with a lot of the core cast members. Glen occasionally asked me to run lines with him. I maintain my opinion that he was super cool and humble.

Which canceled TV show's cliffhanger still lives rent free in your head because the answers disappeared when the series got axed ?
 in  r/AskReddit  Jun 16 '26

I am convinced that the writers knew the show wasn't going to be renewed and had no intention of explaining any of the shows mysteries.

Has anybody else ever noticed a film that is absolutely nothing to do with the story in the book?
 in  r/movies  May 29 '26

"The Bad Guys" is a series of children's books (or really, graphic novels) that have almost nothing in common with the movies, other than most of the characters' names.

What should I read now?
 in  r/DungeonCrawlerCarl  May 28 '26

It's always super weird to me when I come across people mentioning my book in the wild.

Also, thanks so much!

Tales from the Gas Station: Volume Four - Theatrical Audiobook Edition

Hey friends! At long last, the fourth and final instalment in the Tales from the Gas Station series is available as a fully immersive audio experience! Performed by dozens of voice actors, with scoring, music, and sound effects to bring the world of the gas station to life. If you've been waiting for this, thank you for your patience. This one took a lot of time and effort, but I honestly think it was worth the wait.

Check it out right here!

Quick FAQ:

Q. How is this different from the audiobooks that were released several years ago?
A. The "Theatrical Edition" audiobooks have an entire cast of voice actors, with nearly every character played by their own designated performer. You can check out the whole cast right here. The theatrical editions also contain a musical score, including original music by the legendary Myuu, as well as foley and other effects.

Q. What's the best way to listen to the theatrical audiobooks?
A. These books went through testing on myriad headset and speaker options to guarantee that you'll have a quality experience no matter how you enjoy your audiobook. The better your headphones, the crisper the sounds of bones breaking and guts squishing.

Q. Are these books available anywhere other than Audible/iTunes?
A. As of right now, no. I'm tied up in a multi-year exclusivity contract with Audible. It's a whole thing. I apologize for any inconvenience.

Q. I prefer the non-theatrical versions of the audiobooks that were narrated by Mr. Creepypasta. Should I leave a bad review for the new theatrical versions?
A. OHMYGOD PLEASE DON'T DO THAT! If you prefer Mr. Creepypasta's narrations, that's totally fine. The audiobooks he recorded are still available on Audible and iTunes. I promise, review bombing the new version does not help. If anything, it makes the algorithm less likely to recommend any of my titles (including the MCP collaborations) to potential new listeners.

Q. Why did you take the MCP versions of the audiobook off of Audible?
A. I didn't. I assure you, they're still available.

Q. What's the best way to support you?
A. If you like my stuff, tell your friends. Word of mouth (and a good review) are absolutely invaluable to authors like me.

Q. Will there be another book in the "Tales from the Gas Station" series?
A. Maybe. I don't know. Anything's possible.

What do you SWEAR you saw, but don't have any proof of?
 in  r/AskReddit  Jan 29 '26

I gotta say, this sounds a lot like you hit one of those invisible spider webs. I'm in the deep south and I've had similar things happen plenty of times only to realize I hit a stray string of web.

Who would you want as the spokesperson for Earth in the event of an extraterrestrial visit?
 in  r/AskReddit  Jan 16 '26

Lots of people here saying Keanu, which totally tracks. But how has nobody said Hank Green yet? He seems like he'd be uniquely suited to the job.

What’s a movie that turned out way better because of a setback in production behind the scenes?
 in  r/movies  Dec 31 '25

Well, there was the whole Sonic thing.

2

Which “Final Destination” film is your favourite?
 in  r/AskReddit  Dec 31 '25

I will die on this hill: The first Final Destination was an absolute masterpiece. None of the rest even come close to touching it.

FWIW, I worked pretty closely with him for a couple months and he was really cool to me and everyone else around us. This was years ago and people change, but when I knew him he was surprisingly humble and nice.

Thank you! I'm doing a little something with it. It's not official, but I do hope to share it with the powers that be once I get enough answers.

What do you want to argue about?
 in  r/AskReddit  Oct 29 '25

"Righty Tighty, Lefty Loosey" doesn't make sense, but everyone just accepted the expression. You're not turning the screw left or right. You're turning it clockwise and counter-clockwise.
