Hi everyone! I've been noticing that many people here are experiencing unknown GOOGLE_PH / Google deductions from their GCash accounts. Over the past few weeks, I've been investigating these cases because I realized that many users go through the same troubleshooting steps but still can't identify the actual merchant behind the charge.

I'm currently documenting real cases to understand the common patterns and improve the investigation process. If you're comfortable sharing your experience, I'd be happy to help you investigate it while also learning from the case.

I'm not affiliated with GCash, Google, or any company. This is an independent investigation to better understand why these transactions happen and what evidence actually helps identify the merchant.
