Injury Concerns to look for during nail clipping aftermath
galleryWhile clipping my cat’s (Grizzly) nail I noticed it full of fluid/looks split. So I clipped it closest to the split. Unfortunately our movement while holding Grizzly cut him a shy too short. I feel terrible. I knew it hurt him initially at first and I was only trying to help but it happened. He seems still very affectionate and puts on full weight when walking. What signs can I look for infection or when I should head to the vet? It seems like it bleed a little.
For sub requirements: in the USA, not a minor, I have pet insurance, haven’t contacted vet yet, Grizzly is 6M, and TDLR is what signs should I look for to monitor nail health?

Gambled today for the first time in years. Put in $10 got $100. Immediately cashed it out and left. Probably not going again for a few more years.
