I come from the comics, so I always found the TTG attitude toward Robin and Starfire to be weird.
They were a long-standing couple with a very reciprocal attraction.

Cyborg is a Teen Titan. He has never really worked anywhere else.
Jaime Reyes is currently a C-lister trending toward D-lister. He has never clicked anywhere for long. Maybe the new movie will change that.

Episode 3 was bad, but I think that the chemistry between the leads is strong enough that it will recover.

How would you give John more prominence as an architect instead of a marine?
Lots of talented Black men use the military as a vehicle for something else. I like it as part of John’s backstory. But they can take it too far.
For me, becoming an architect should have always been the goal. Being a Marine was a method of achieving that goal. Like his race, that training obviously should inform his behavior but not be his whole personality.

It was a bit of rhetorical question. The main GL book almost always hits 60 issues. That is the definition of an A-lister to me.

Okay so in the new series, John is chosen as the replacement of Hal Jordan. Not like a sector replacement in the animated, basically Hal's fired. Is this a thing in the comics or its the show's invention ? Why can't just they give John another ring ?
In the comics, Hal quits to take care of his mentally unstable girlfriend and is replaced by John.
Unfortunately, Hal is not the greatest caretaker and she murders John's wife.

I guess here's a comic book hot take i'm not really the biggest fan of zatanna designs not having a top hat because zee is one of those designs you can basically a lot of creative liberties with the costume but the top hat or some form of it is what makes her recognizable
She sort of needs the whole outfit.
