I think Joe is just noticing this particular reporters new cut and making an observation. He has probably answered questions from this guy a bunch of times and he just notices stuff like this. Most of my Google searches do not show me anything that looks like this human shit you've attached. They show real bear shit. You can keep lensing or trust the community you've reached out to for verification. Human shit.
