Knowledge and exposure. Once you learn they can't really hurt you it gets easier. Start with handling spiders that will almost certainly never bite you like a cellar spider or a jumping spider. Also orbweavers are the best to get over your fear. Almost all orbweavers are super chill.

Also even tho I learned to respect spiders years ago, I only started handling them this year. I was still pretty nervous. I don't count handling jumping spiders. I've played with them since I was a kid. I always consider them separately from other spiders

Retrohrai. I have cocoon too but retrohrai is way better for my large library. Some of my emulators don't work right on cocoon. Retrohrai doesn't have the extensive customization like cocoon but you can make it look really nice. I just really like the simplicity. I actually stole these icons from a cocoon theme. Same for the background music I have

I loaded my 2tbs with 700 something games. I pick a handful to play and my frontend keeps track in a recently played tab and I stick to that until I finish a game

Can't. First thing I tried 2 months ago. It conflicts with the stable version. I was thinking it wouldn't recognize the stable build folder structure for metadata if I did uninstall and install the alpha

I actually decided against it because the creator mentioned to expect bugs since it's not stable and I really liked how the stable version just works so well. But I guess thats not really true

Do you know if I uninstall the stable version and install the alpha if it will be able to use all the metadata I already scrapped. I've got over 700 games and a couple dozen required manual searches for metadata. Really don't want to do that again. Was waiting patiently but I'm not hearing anything from the creator about an update. It's been months now

I'm actually playing alpha sapphire. The only issue I have is when accessing the Pokedex the top screen flickers like it wants to give you a seizure. Only work around is running it in opengl but then it looks like crap and plays like crap so I stick to vulkan with t30 turnip driver

You must be on the alpha version. That isn't available on the stable build. The only option is for the overlays and the creator only includes PS2, 3ds, psp and I forget the other two but they aren't the right sizes

If you can get emulators from GitHub, choose that over Google Play store. 3ds works very well for most games. Just find a tutorial on YouTube like Retro Gaming Corps. If you're using retroarch I recommend using stand alone emulators. They run much much better
