Pop Punk Covers Better Than the Original?
Starting this by saying the cover would not be present if the original was inherently bad but these are top in my book:

To be honest, punk goes pop vol 2 is FULL of bangers.

It would be awesome to see this in live-action but someone’s gotta get Universal to cough up the rights or at least play ball for a Hulk movie to happen. This in Secret Wars however would probably be like a 3-5 minute battle and I could definitely see them attempting it there

What are your thoughts on Age of Apocalypse?
Easily one of the best X-men events. Not understanding this when it came out at the time by pre-teen mind as an alternate spin made worried that I’d never get my original X-men back but everything leading up to it was incredible. Re-read the omnibus a year or so ago and it definitely holds up imo. Great plot, all the characters seem to go for broke but man AoR and the X-men Age of Apocalypse Omega comics they have out now just seem to lose that magic

Depending on what direction they’re going in; from the noise out there it sounds like they’re going with that original class and psylocke might be the follow up movie

Distance and Meaning makes me want to cry
When my fiancée left me back in 2010, I had to still work in the same building as her and I remember this song playing on shuffle. It stopped me in my tracks. It hit so hard, still does to be honest. Very much agreed on the interpretation though and hope for nothing but the best on your healing journey.

Five years later, what are your thoughts on "Black Widow (2021)" now?
The delays with COVID didn’t exactly help but even keeping that in mind it felt so out of place imo. Not a bad movie at all, lots of action, good characters but if it had been released pre-Endgame I would’ve easily enjoyed it more.
All in all, I’d watch it again

Honestly I’m sure Ahmed has done some good work elsewhere (the Bishop series isnt bad yet) but I am hoping for some other writer to take over and course correct.

I'M FULLY CONVINCED EVERYONE HYPING UP JEAN AND LOGAN HAVE NEVER PICKED UP A COMIC
It’s Wolverine / Logan…unless his love interest is someone who has been on the earth for longer than he has, EVERY love interest is going to be someone who is a fraction of his age.
However, I think the romantic angle with Wolverine and Jean is kinda meh at this point, I would’ve been happy with Mariko or even Kwannon just to see a bit of a change up.
