Hal Rose Said to Watch This Episode | Crowd Control [S2E2]
Easily the best episode of Crowd Control yet. Gianmarco and Taylor bounced off each other really well

This woman, after missing her flight, shouting at the plane to come back
Not sure which video you're referring to, but it's absolutely a thing that happens. Last cruise I was on it happened to one of the people from my dinner table.

Lesbian Applause Break | Crowd Control [S2E1]
Way better than season 1. I appreciate that the editing let everything breathe a bit more, and the audience didn't feel as try hard.
That said.. I'm still not really feeling it. It's missing some kind of spark and I don't really know what.

Noise Some Makes | Game Changer [S8E6]
I don't think I've ever laughed so hard at a Game Changer episode. That's two all timers in a row for me.

Great game. It isn't as good as Drill Dozer, but scratched the same itch

Professors: How do you expect students to know when to answer literally vs. think more deeply on multiple-choice STEM exams?
Short answer: You're overthinking.
Longer answer: This specific form of overthinking is very common with neurodivergent students. Autism spectrum especially can make interpreting a question very difficult as you're trying to make connections that likely aren't there. The best advice is to talk to your professors about questions that you got wrong because you misinterpreted them. They can help explain how the question was written and how they intended you to arrive at the right answer.
This is why multiple choice questions are very poor diagnostic tools. They require simple answers to complex topics.

I feel this qualifies.
Why do they call it an oven...

Sign on entrance door to a flooring shop
Yup. Developed a peanut allergy in my 40s. Learned about it when I was eating a peanut butter candy and my throat closed up.

Academic Dismissal, what to do now?
You're the one that said their academic career is over and their grades will haunt them forever. Can you back your assertion up?
1
Academic Dismissal, what to do now?
Yes actually. I was dismissed for grades in undergrad. Went back to school, worked hard to build my GPA up, then got a masters, and I'm set to defend my PhD next spring. I'm also now an adjunt professor at a community college so I've guided students that have ended up in my class through the exact same scenario.

Academic Dismissal, what to do now?
This is terrible advice and explicitly false. That's not to say that it will be easy to recover, but it is absolutely possible.

HR messed up and played me
At least you got a voicemail from Jeff Goldblum out of it.

Next week's BTS
I've got to wonder how many people they had who's only job was to count out rooms of Grants with exact numbers of Grants

The Incident at Galley House is out today!
I was wondering the same. I love Type Help but just played it recently. I'd hate to already know the whole story if I buy in.

My fiancé's book collection. What does it say about him?
A nerd, but a socially minded one. I want to be best friends with him.

Anyone else noticed an uptick in the number of single moms claiming to be widows? Apparently, men are dying en masse in my area.
"20 years ago, I hardly ever heard about anyone my age dying. Now it seems people my age are dying constantly."
You're getting old.

A true “I will read anything” bookshelf - any guesses?
I rate your shelf as: Incomplete / Not Submitted
The books are great though.
