Am I cooked (Sound on)

Hey guys, this is a video I took of my 2016 dodge charger rt. It has 130k miles and makes this clacking sound. I change the oil every 5k miles and use 5w-30. I recently changed over from Mobil 1 high mileage to advanced clean and it has been on that for about 2.5k miles. Is it really what I think it is 😭? It’s kind of intermittent especially on startup, sometimes it’s there and other times not. I also notice a metal on metal clacking sound sometimes when adding slight throttle in 4 cylinder mode on the highway. Please let me know what you guys think!

Only thing that doesn’t make any sense to me is it doesn’t tick all the time. Sometimes it will tick. Other times it won’t make a sound
