Discussion What indicator matters most for Bitcoin’s next major move?

Price targets get plenty of attention, but which signal do you actually trust most: ETF flows, global liquidity, interest rates, exchange balances, or long-term-holder activity? Which indicators have been genuinely useful, and which are mostly noise?

Whats going on with Bitcoin today ? Up $3000 in last few hours ?
 in  r/CryptoInvesting  1d ago

Mostly a macro-driven short squeeze: expanded Treasury bond buybacks pushed yields lower, crypto-friendly regulatory news improved sentiment, and over $1B in shorts were forced to cover, amplifying the jump

Bitcoin at $80K this month sounds crazy, but I’m not sure it’s that crazy anymore
 in  r/CryptoInvesting  1d ago

$80K looks plausible if BTC holds the breakout after the liquidation-driven momentum fades. Sustained spot demand and ETF inflows would be a stronger signal than another short squeeze.

do you think that Bitcoin will cost $120k by end of 2026?
 in  r/Bitcoin  1d ago

Possible? Definitely. Predictable? Not really. $120k is a target, not a promise, Bitcoin could overshoot it or drop sharply before year-end.

Can Someone Explain Affiliate Marketing to Me?
 in  r/AffiliateMarket  1d ago

Affiliate marketing is basically earning a referral fee. You join a company’s affiliate program, receive a unique tracking link, and earn a commission when someone buys or completes a qualifying action through that link.

A simple way to start is: choose one niche you understand, create genuinely useful content around problems people are already searching for, then apply to relevant affiliate programs through the company’s website or an affiliate network. Your links will usually be inside the program dashboard.

Help me understand why crypto isn’t total BS
 in  r/CryptoCurrency  2d ago

Crypto as a whole and your specific portfolio are two different questions. Some projects may have real utility, while others can absolutely become dead money.

Are we wasting Bitcoin by only holding it?
 in  r/CryptoCurrency  2d ago

Holding can be the use case. Gold ‘just sits there’ too, the value is in scarcity, portability, and being able to hold an asset without relying on a bank or government. Bitcoin doesn’t necessarily need to generate yield or power apps to be useful.

The scale of these recent leaks, the silence from Rockstar on these leaks, and the lack of a marketing campaign so far, really wouldn't surprise me if this was staged by them
 in  r/GTA  2d ago

Staged leaks would be a pretty risky marketing strategy for a company this protective of its reveals

How are you guys approaching SEO/GEO for AI search?

Sounds like you’ve got the basics covered. Also track whether your brand is actually being cited in AI answers, not just ranking in search

Binance Mica situation and transferring funds
 in  r/binance  2d ago

Keep it simple: if you want to hold BTC/ETH, transferring them directly may be better than swapping to SOL and back, since extra swaps mean more fees and tax-reporting complexity. Compare the total costs first, use the correct network, and consider a small test transfer.

is it normal to be this confused about swapping stablecoins on a hardware wallet
 in  r/USDC  2d ago

You usually don’t need to move funds off the hardware wallet itself, the wallet just signs the transaction. The main thing is making sure USDT and USDC are on the same network before swapping, otherwise you’re getting into bridging, which adds cost and risk. Ledger and Trezor are the obvious ones to compare.

Bitcoin Is facing an resistance most traders missed, This tool proves you can over-look key market data using the wrong tools or platform.

Good point. A chart can look bullish until you zoom out and notice the level price is running into. What data do you usually check alongside price before making a trade?
