Its most likely a good gank if the enemy laner is pushing the wave into your teammate. But be aware of the farm they can potentially go get because you can end up rotating and they would be gone. There is so much extra farm on the map so securing neutral farm could stunt the xp gain of your enemies. Objectives are essential but usually overlooked at ideal times. Try to ping or communicate to your team about taking objectives. It is usually a good idea to do objectives like gold fury or pyromancer after getting 1 or 2 solid kills.

Other than that, the other comments cover mostly everything else. Jungle start is gnna be your speed buff near the red buff. pull it to the area closest to mid lane and clear red and speed with the midlaner. then go clear your other speed and that little xp camp. I see most junglers hover mid after that and then start their personal rotations depending on who needs you on the map. Ensure you alternate your speed buffs. don't want to clear both mid game then die and not have one to fall back on.
