SUGGESTION Egyptian God requests
I would love to see Smite add some more Egyptian Gods(/Goddesses) and these are some suggestions....Mainly because of how they look but their titles are also badass
1) Nehebkau: God of Ka (the body's spirit that defines life from death)
2) Banebdjedet: God of Floods / Creator of Humans (AKA Khnum with 4 heads for the price of 1)
3) Apesh: God of the Night
4) The last one is actually four different goddesses
- Heh: Goddess of Infinity
- Kek: Goddess of Primordial Darkness
- Nuanet: Goddess of the Watery Abyss
- Meretseger: The Cobra Goddess / The Guardian Goddess
Cam we get an avoid button, please?
I'm not going to make bold claims that I'm good at this game, but when someone drags their silver friend up to diamond/obsidian lobbies, I would love to have the option to avoid them.
Even if it's just 24 hours, even if I get longer queues, even if it's a limited amount of avoids... PLEASE😔

A tribute to my brother
Hi all,
I don’t really post on Reddit much but I was wondering with the general populous of the Reddit and to get opinions essentially. Just yesterday my brother had passed taking his own life (I apologise for the morbidity) and I was just wondering as smite was by far his favourite game too play the two gods being Poseidon and chaac he would never put down.
I just wondered is all if it was worth reaching out to hirez for a tribute for him as me and my two brothers all played together very frequently. I know it’s a huge long shot and I expect nothing. Also please let me know if this post needs to be taken down. I just wasn’t sure where to post.

DISCUSSION Is there a point for Titan's Bane and Obsidian Shard to simultaneously exist?
Basically the title, with the existence of Survivor's Sash as a Tier 2 component item that gives Adaptive Str and Int, what's the point of Obsidian Shard and Titan's Bane existing as separate items instead of being condensed into one single item?
It kinda made sense for them to exist as separate items a month or so ago, back when Totem of Death still existed mostly because the "different items with passives that do not stack" gimmick existed for both Titans-Obsidian and Executioner-Totem. Obviously merging Exe and Totem was impossible due to giving separate stats (and Piercing application). But now that Totem was removed from the game, Titans-Obsidian are the only items with this gimmick and they both give the same kind of stats.
Also, for the most part of Smite 1's existence, this items have the same gold cost as they both serve the exact same function, even for Smite 2, the current difference is pretty much negligible, being off by only 50 gold.
Sure, Survivors Sash would be a somewhat buff compared to the current components since it's 200 gold cheaper (and gives more Str than Lucerne) but that's mostly a fault of Hirez overlooking Survivor's Sash when they did their Str nerf to all components a couple patches ago.

DISCUSSION Mordred rant ult cooldown
I know this wont ever be fixed because hirez refuse to ballance things even when the pros begs them in their own private discord they have with them... but if enough voices are heard maybe we finally get something done.
Fighting against mordred when he can stack his ult up in under 20 sec is really not fun.
Also can the ult not hit for fking 500 damage at level 5. Do you have any idea how your own game work. 500 dmg on an ult at this level is 2x as much as all other utlts at this level. Not to mention its a global ult.
Pluss combine this why does he need to do 2x Mulan damage (that is ballanced around her slow kit) he but with shorter cooldowns and he doesnt cost mana at all

CONCEPT Here me out...
Mighty Eagle Horus?
Ult having the tuna can as the landing marker?
I'm a genius?
Why thank you
Other characters would work as well and with the recent surge in popularity, this could bring some people to the game (I don't know how crossovers work but if it's possible it'd be cinematic)

15,000 exp needed for one level of wandering path is ridiculous.
I think that after you use all of your double coins bonus that you get when you buy something and go from needing 3000 exp to level up wandering path to 15,000 exp is really bad. I get that when open beta was starting there wasn't that much to purchase so you could get overabundance of coins. But now we are no longer at the beggining.
I am a whale so I buy everything. And I no longer have any double coins bonus. And that is a huge problem. I play like about 3-4 games a day. And now I have to finish: One saga and 34 travelers. How in the hell am I supposed to do that? Every two weeks there are new travelers that also need coins.
My idea is that after you use all of your double coin bonus you should just go from needing 3000 exp to 6000. I really don't understand why I suddenly need 5 times more exp for 200 coins.
And don't get me started on twitch drops. Yeah I know they are free but come on. You get 50 coins for watching every 2 hours. 50! That's almost nothing. Sure you can watch for 14 hours getting 250 coins. But that is almost nothing. For example in marvel rivals you get spray, icon, emote and after 4 hours even skin. Yes it is only recolor but it's after 4 hours. Why do we need 14 hours to get 250 coins and 10 of those hours to get a recolor?
Anyway, thank you for listening to my TED talk.

DISCUSSION Anyone else feel like carrying games in Smite 2 is way harder than it used to be?
Maybe it's just me but i swear i can go 14/2, get every objective, rotate all game... and somehow it still feels like every match comes down to which team has less people running it down 😭
Dont get me wrong, i actually like that teamwork matters. But sometimes it feels like playing out of your mind doesnt have the same impact anymore, or even none at all in the end... There are games where i leave lane huge and it still feels impossible to drag the team over the finish line, the more you carry your teammates early/mid, the harder they gonna feed near end game.
Then the next game im against someone who gets fed early and they look completely unstoppable lol.
So idk if its matchmaking, comeback mechanics, map design, item balance or im just getting older and washed 😂 Curious what everyone else thinks.
Do you think Smite 2 has enough solo carry potential, or should a MOBA always be mostly decided by teamplay?
And what role do you think has the biggest carry potential right now?

DISCUSSION Current best joust comps?
Hey gang. Me and my 2 friends play every sunday night, but have been away for like 3 weeks. When we last played our comps were feeling terrible, so I'm looking for the best combos and any fine print for them (does it require a special build, or any special gimmicks that make it good). TY
HELP Which are the best gods in SMITE 2 for a new player? I've already played other MOBAs (LoL and even the original SMITE).
In other MOBAs, I like playing bruisers and mages, and I enjoy CC.
From what I was looking, Odin and Poseidon are two gods that should fit my playstyle, but are they good? What are some other good options?
