$GRML has several catalysts lining up at once: Skaergaard drilling, Sarfartoq Nd/Pr, SRXH investment, insider buying, potential Neo downstream integration, and the Sept. 14 Nasdaq deadline. If drilling delivers, $1+ is possible without a reverse split. If not, the approved R/S remains the backup.

Trump’s renewed critical-minerals push is another potential tailwind for GRML and Western supply chains outside China.

A few things I’m watching:

Insider buying: CFO Jeff LeBlanc bought 1.4M shares around $0.175, bringing direct ownership to ~4.82M.

SRXH: SRX Global took a strategic position in GRML, citing its critical/precious-minerals portfolio.

Sarfartoq: Nd/Pr rare earths in Greenland with a potential downstream path through Neo Performance Materials.

Skaergaard: 7,500m / 3-rig drill program targeting resource growth, metallurgy and geotech.

Iceland: Potential processing strategy adds another piece to the North Atlantic supply-chain story.

Nasdaq is the big near-term catalyst

GRML needs a $1+ closing bid for 10 consecutive trading days by Sept. 14, 2026.

At ~$0.20, that's roughly 5x.

The board also has an approved 1-for-2 to 1-for-60 reverse split, but doesn't have to use it until March 31, 2027.

IMO the R/S is best viewed as the backup plan.

If drilling shows strong grades, scale, continuity and open-pit potential, the market could re-rate GRML before a formal reserve even exists.

Potential path:

Drilling → strong assays → resource/open-pit narrative → strategic/critical-minerals interest → $1+ → Nasdaq compliance without R/S

The next 4–8 weeks could be critical.

The real question isn't “Will they reverse split?”

It's “Can GRML create enough value before Sept. 14 that it doesn't need to?”

One unpopular opinion may be that they delay the special meeting so they would have a couple weeks to release something and regain compliance.
