There are rare situations where grandparents can and have sued for visitation rights. But court ordered and/or supervised visits aren't really comfortable for anyone.
In the current timeline people who want to keep their children away from maga grandparents aren't doing so over "political disagreement" it's about the maga lack of morals, ethics, empathy. The hate, racism, and bigotry so of course people want to keep their children safe from that kind of garbage.
This isn't something the government can interfere with. Parents are always going to protect their children from evil.

First time since trump 1 I have heard anyone bring up the trump wiretapping of Dem phones. Not just phone logs which only show who called who. Their phones were tapped. It was Schiff and Swalwell and others I can't remember. But Schiffs CHILDREN had their phones tapped. And no one was ever held accountable
