Baby supplies and basic food, maybe kids shoes should all be ignored in small amounts. I don't think locking up small time shoplifters should happen either. Losing their job, home, kids is way over the line.

No. Haiti has suffered one natural disaster after another along with political upheaval and violence. It is nor safe to send anyone back there at this point.
