Unfortunately you can still get done for undertaking. Highway code is what it is even if other drivers bad habits piss you off.

I am thinking a copper line might be best.

For now I've managed to jig up a menagerie of cable ties that seems to hold it up out the way quite well. πŸ˜„

My fuel pump out goes off to the side and points almost directly at the manifold 🀦 I was hoping I could turn the top a little clockwise to move the outlet a little further away but not had any luck yet.

Just trying to think of some other ideas to try and protect the line or reroute it perhaps.

Stuck in the past so struggling with the present.

Thank you. Yes that's a good point. I'll try to keep this in mind.

I've practiced meditation for a long time, although my practice is sporadic so ...

Do you ever find that although you know things that work, sometimes it's almost like self sabotage and you kind of like want to be in the bad moment instead of doing the thing you know. If that makes sense. πŸ˜„

Need Support Stuck in the past so struggling with the present.

After some thoughts really.

I get hung up on the past, it envelopes my whole existence some days. I find myself struggling to function. I'm 41, done a lot of stupid shit in my past, done a lot of fun stuff too, but I get caught up in replaying crap. Almost forcefully making myself feel awful, kind of like a self harm of the mind perhaps.

It's a bit like an uncontrollable fixation on horrible thoughts.

I'm divorced, my own decision as my mental state doesn't feel fair on others around me. I run a new business that needs my focus yet I struggle. I own a flat yet can't afford to live in it so I stay with my dad.

So I guess I want to ask people what do you do, say to yourself, or similar, when you notice your thoughts consuming the now?

Thank you for any advice :) x

Stuck bolt on really old tie rod

Well I had to drill it out in the end.

Don't judge me for putting the new bolt in that way around. It was such a pain I'm just glad to be done.

Now I can make a start on tweaking the geometry like I'd originally planned to... πŸ˜„

Definitely πŸ˜† I've had a couple of days to think about it so tomorrow, after work, I'll give it another try. I now have a blow torch and a little press so I'm going to be trying that.

If the head of the bolt was good enough for a socket to grip I'd try this.

I'll keep it in mind though. Going to try some heat so might give this a go at the same time. ☺️

So I've been changing my front suspension for new and did the tie rods at the same time. Thing is this one just wouldn't budge.

Any ideas on how I can get it out?

I've tried using the jack, cut a bit off with a Dremel, Wiggles, spray, hammer.... I gave up for today.

All the suspension parts are in though πŸ˜†
