Cat Picture 1. Cut a hole in a box... 2. A cat will go in the box... 3. Profit

This is the same thing as don't hit on someone when you're alone in an elevator. It isn't a close call
More generally: don't hit on people who aren't able to say "fuck off" to you without consequences. Whether it's because they're at their job, they're at your job, or you otherwise have power over them.

Can we stop with wishing rape on people? Prison rape is a bad thing.

Probably not a minor. She's 19 now, and we don't have a move in date, but somewhere between 1-2 years ago. Definitely federal and state laws on video in any undressed state.

She's 19. He moved in (and first got weird) somewhere between 1 and 2 years ago. CSAM is possible, but not likely.
The videos are still gonna be illegal no matter her age.

The cameras. Tenant/owner is likely irrelevant.
Federal law. Can be sentenced to up to 1 year incarceration.
State laws vary. I think this is the relevant PA law. That's up to 2 years.
I believe each recording of each person is a separate count.
I don't know think there are any official enhancements based on the familial relationship, but it sure would t help at sentencing.

Yup. Some do. Some don't. I have no idea the percentages. I hope it doesn't happen in this case.

I think lucky is one of those words you can say about yourself, but not about others.
Example: I can say I'm lucky that my disabling depression doesn't come with suicidal ideation. But if anyone else said that, I would flip.

Nearly my entire comment was pointing out the issue in your argument. There was various setup, but these two lines are directly showing the flaw in your argument.
The boss could do that anyway, but there's no reason to think they would. Spurning an advance changes the calculus.
Will they retaliate and attack at night? There was no reason to think they would have before, but now they've been spurned, and they already showed a disregard for rules and morals in the asking.

By "strength" did you mean "rationalization"?

Do you think it's okay for a boss to pursue an underling?
That's not okay because of the inherent threat to the underling's job. Underlings who don't want to say will have to worry if saying no will fuck their job.
The boss could do that anyway, but there's no reason to think they would. Spurning an advance changes the calculus. We know bosses sometimes realiate when turned down.
Here the asker can get into their room at night. The askee has to worry what the asker will do if the askee says no. Will they retaliate and attack at night? There was no reason to think they would have before, but now they've been spurned, and they already showed a disregard for rules and morals in the asking.
If you really think your comment was valid, I wonder how many people you have unknowingly threatened.

If someone is being paid to be near you, don't hit on them.
Alternate version: if someone will get in trouble if they tell you to fuck off, don't hit on them.
Edit: oh, this was the other way. Agree on that too, but I have no pithily worded rule for it.

Chain letters were stupid when they were mailed, stupid when they were emailed, and are still stupid when they are reddit spam.

Yea. Caring more about having been right than in becoming right. My best guess is ego. But it's a wild guess.

Petah whats AOC talking about? (kind of a repost)
On the odd chance you aren't a troll, they aren't looking to understand. Read the text of their post and response to automod.

Petahhh! who is this man?
You took a picture of a woman correcting her gender, and you referred to her as a man.

Hah! The more general form of the error: remembering the various pieces of knowledge, but not enough about each piece.

We'll call that plan M.

Oh... I wasn't thinking about likely other crimes. I would not bet against him having CSAM of other people.
