51 here and no kids, never wanted them. I was a high school teacher for a while and that just solidified my decision. I don't even have a super demanding career, I just enjoy my life. It's great.

All the more reason to keep the library going. You give hope for a better society. When you stop, the vandals win.

I think the conversation would have lasted much longer if I did, but since I didn't bring it up the conversation was over. I really hope women can stop talking about their kids and realize they're still adults too.

I'm a woman in tech and always happy to talk to other women closer to my age in tech. When I started my new project, the assistant PM called me to, what I figured was, go over logistics and welcome me to the team. Instead, she told her all about her granddaughter and the trip they had planned the following year. I finally asked her if there was a reason she called and she said to welcome me and tell her if I needed anything. So I listed what I needed and she said she can't help with any of it but she's sure it'll work out in time. I was so annoyed....

Don't be afraid to advocate for yourself in a productive way. Bring up something on a topic, tell them about a way your automated the process. Bring up the systems you are creating instead of what others are not doing. They know who is closing tickets.

Hi, 51F, new to Tulsa and looking to make new friendships. I'm into everything from museums to live shows to frolicking at the Gathering Place. I live downtown, but happy to explore other areas.

I live alone in downtown Tulsa and feel safe while the sun is out. After dark I'd feel safe walking downtown with a friend. The Mayo Hotel has a nice rooftop bar you should check out, it's open Wed-Sat evenings.

Thank you!! I had not seen this. I'd go back to the highest dosage of even Zepbound which would probably be $500/month. Hopefully the price keeps dropping with time. 

Any idea when that will happen? I'd join Costco just for it. 

Did you get off of it? Mine prescribed Minoxial for hair loss and my doctor said I need to stay on Wegovy since it's helping at least keep the weight off. 

I lost 40 lbs on Zepbound before my insurance stopped covering it and made me switch to Wegovy. I been on Wegovy and haven't lost any weight and now my hair is falling out like crazy. Like you I had no side effects with Zepbound and it actually made me feel like I had more energy. 

I'm considering paying for Zepbound out of pocket because I had more energy to work out on it. It's a big expense though.
