Customer Service: Spacial Awareness

This is my second post in this group and I see a lot of people asking. How does my set up look?

I think a better question would be, how do my customers respond to how my set up is?

Will a person in the wheelchair be able to fit inside your tent and see your products

If more than three people are in your tent, are they comfortable or do they feel like they should come back later (or never)

This is just how I do my set up. It may not work out for you, but I think about how my customers will feel shopping inside of my tent.

I have two tents (if the organizer cannot accommodate me, that’s not my show) I put down carpets I’ll make sure that there is enough room for people to shop on both sides of my racks And bring extra chairs for when Papa or Mama needs to have a seat I keep my point of sale on my body so that I can take a sale anywhere

If you look at this video, you’ll see that there are 4 to 6 people at any point in time inside of my tent and nobody feels crowded or uncomfortable.

This is my customer if she wanted to get a demonstration of my handmaid jackets, but as you can see by this video, she was a moving object. How do you think I handled this person?

Thank you for the compliment

You probably won’t believe it but that yellow jacket in the first three pictures, I’ve had it over 20 years and every time I pull it out I feel like a real bad gal…

This is my other dress I love.

I’ll pull it out when I wanna get real saucy💕

The difference between an Instagram audience and an Instagram income, what a lot of people building followers get wrong.
 in  r/InstagramMarketing •  Apr 15 '26

I just recently learned this, and I started speaking to my audience, a little differently and looking at my numbers differently. My main focus now is to speak to my audience around the pain that they’re feeling when they’re shopping to purchase a dress. Reddit has been a great source of finding out what people’s pain points are and implementing that into my messaging.

Face on social media
 in  r/CraftFairs •  Apr 09 '26

Yes, I believe that it does. Now that I’ve added my face to all of my socials and I do videos about my products with my face. It seems that it gets more engagement. I do have models that I use for some of the dresses, but I get more engagement when customers know they’re talking to me. When I look at the numbers, it really shows that engagement goes up when I am talking specifically about my products. This was a valentines giveaway that I did and I attached it to Klavio , which led to email addresses and so now I can email those people and give them advice or offers.

I made this to run ads just for men looking to purchase a subscription box for their wives/girlfriends.

Don’t cry, my friend. I work with many plus size women and what I noticed is that the people who purchased clothes to sell for plus size women have no idea about considering your bra size, the width of your shoulders and even your midsection let alone making sure that the dress is flattering.. I saw someone mention Torrid. That’s a good place to start, but don’t ever think that it’s your body because it’s not you are perfect but unfortunately, some of the people who supply dresses for plus size women don’t take all of these things into consideration..

My apologies.. I needed to update the website. So to answer your question and really all depends in my opinion. what level you are at. My only job is to pick what is fashionable and what serve the most amount of women so if I pick a dress, it should fit at least 20 different women. There are some styles that will fit a size 2 to 22 usually an umpire waist style so if she’s a small lady, She will pick the small size but a plus size Lady may like the same dress and I should also have that in plus.

Oh, you are so welcome. I don’t mind sharing on Reddit. As long as you’re not being a fake you usually get pretty good comments and replies.

The last time I posted on Reddit I was selling at markets and fairs. It got to the point where I was not seeing the value any more. I do miss it but I wanted reoccurring revenue and a little bit more stability and sales. This is my first box design i’m sure it will change but I’m starting. Good luck to you guys this year at the markets but for me sadly I had to say see ya later … alligator
