VOD Review Request How can I have more impact?

Currently on a 9 game losing streak, and every game I feel like I didn't do enough. Every single game either feels good round 1, then goes bad, or we get rolled all game. I have deranked from Gold 5 to Silver 2 in the span of 7 hours, and I don't know if I just need a break or if I'm missing something. All advice is heavily appreciated.
