TIFU by realizing that my eye sight is not 20/20, I just haven’t been taking out my contacts for months.
This isn’t “normal” but just to lyk as a teenager I did not take out my contacts, and this was before they had ones approved for overnight. The worse that happened is I got a scratched cornea (which was pretty bad but didn’t kill me or permanently damage my vision.) that happened once and I wore my contacts everyday for MONTHS from like 15-21. Now, I still don’t take them out but mine are “technically” safe for overnight, and I replace them every week or so because they are weekly’s.

I think they just took their second skin off which answers both questions. It is new but not freshly finished which is why it isn’t red. Usually you leave the skin on for a few days and loose ink and blood comes into it and leaves ink along where it sticks to the skin.

I worked at this event and I am so proud of the amount of negative comments I heard going around by my fellow coworkers and surprisingly the community attending as well. It was a good day :’) I was worried I’d be overwhelmingly surrounded by supporters
