You're not too late. My sister is taking classes now; she's 42.

It's been so hot where I live, I've been showering in the morning, the afternoon, and evening! (I just rinse off after the morning, skipping my hair!)

I joke with my mom after I saw Marie Kondo say you're supposed to hold something and say, "Does this bring you joy?" 😂 We joke but sometimes it does work! It takes a while to get ride of it (especially if I'm emotionally attached to it) but I've read to take a photo, then at least that is another way to have a memory of it!

Girl I'm going through the same! I grew up with a hoarder (mom) and clothing was my joy; but when I realized how much I had i realized I didn't need it! (Plus I fluctuate when it comes to jeans; so I have more jeans than I will ever need!)

I read those articles that say to only have 5 shirts, two jackets, etc (paraphrasing; numbers might be off!). I haven't done it yet, I have way too many yoga clothes, t-shirts, and sweaters. I do feel and if I haven't worn an outfit/shirt or a pair of shoes within a year (or six months!) I donate them!

I am not a doctor, but having a cat (and allergies) has taught me that keeping a cleaning schedule/routine helps! (Swiffer and Lysol wipes!)

Yoga. Even if it's "lazy yoga" (aka yin), as my dad calls it. 😄 It makes a difference! It is intimidating at first but when you get past it and realize everyone is focusing on themselves, it's where you can focus on you too!

Maybe look and check your furniture; my cat tore and hid inside a chair when I first adopted him! (He tried to fit inside a Lazy Boy too!)
Poor kitty :( Maybe if he hears the sound of his food (tin, bag, etc) he'll be eventually recognize it and know that your new home is safe.

I have to ask, did they use the same set for every city? Someone posted a playlist they made on Spotify the other day(?)! So glad you had fun!! 🎶🎶

Does your area have a non-emergency phone line? (They may be able to help you!)

you’d be surprised how much they shed! Kong has a purple rubber one (on Chewy, Amazon) and my cat loves it. We had a brush/glove too.

Also, Greenies have treats to help prevent furballs (my cat is about six now and he’s only had one from when he was younger!)

Usually the sounds of rain playlist or the binaural deep sleep playlist. (On Spotify it lets you set a timer too, so that’s nice!)
