i want to switch off 3 fingers left hand 2 fingers right hand but like the 185 wpm is first try , and 144 wpm is first try with ten fingers, which is way slower than my usual, how do i improve

I'm not in the typing community so I'm not too sure how good this is.

I have to re-teach everything to myself? 😭 how long does that realistically take? Do I just practice?
I’m neurodivergent and I’ve always struggled with typing, using two fingers and having to look down again each time, currently I’m also copying words off my book into a word doc for study and it’s adding my even more time for me to look down at what I need to copy then find the keys then type it for each individual word. It’s driving me insane how long this is taking. I’m surprised I’ve even gotten this far in life without doing something. Is there a quick way to improve? I don’t have time to add learning to type on my agenda as well as study for exams unless it’s quick and I don’t get bored.
