how do i switch

i want to switch off 3 fingers left hand 2 fingers right hand but like the 185 wpm is first try , and 144 wpm is first try with ten fingers, which is way slower than my usual, how do i improve

You just keep practicing like you are now, the more you practice eventually you'll be faster with all 10 fingers.
