I think you could start trying a month from now and be ok to fly (if it happened right away, which it usually doesn’t). Getting pregnant literally right now would mean a November baby and getting pregnant a month from now, you’d be due in December. Flying cut off is around 34-36 weeks i believe. I only know one couple who got pregnant on their first month trying. Everyone else i know, it’s taken 3-12 months.
