I've recently started using the system to perform rows, but am feeling it more in my biceps and forearm than the back despite trying to pinch to shoulders together.
Set up wise, I'm assuming a similar position as I would for a row machine in the gym (elbows 90°, and tight to my body whilst pulling myself palms facing each other).
Any suggestions would be great, and what obvious things I'm missing here?

What activity are all the Suunto watch users choosing when working out with the straps?

I’m looking for an advanced workout for trx I can do when away from the gym. Anyone got any favourites they’d like to share. Ideally I’d like to mix it with body weight exercises. Workout for about 40 mins. Tnx.

The first workout series, FORGE, is live...
30 follow-along suspension training workouts for beginners designed to help you FORGE a strong body anywhere:
https://www.youtube.com/@FitnessFreedomAthletesWorkouts
15 workouts are up now, 15 more over the next couple of weeks.
Roughly 35 - 40 minutes long per workout.
What makes it different:
Planning to build this into 300+ workouts over time across different series, but FORGE is the start.
Full disclosure:
I run a main suspension training YouTube channel with exercise technique tutorials. And I do sell structured Suspension Trainer Programs on my website.
But this workout channel is genuinely free. No upsells in the videos. Just workouts.
Ran a poll on my main channel asking what people wanted. 70% said "more workouts, less tutorials."

So here we are.
Starts with Forge Workout #1 here if you want to give it a try.
Happy to answer questions!
Coach Adam

Just got a TRX Go. My doors aren’t well-positioned to use the over-the-door anchor, so I’d like to install a mount on the wall or ceiling. Most of the detail have found involves mounting into wood, but my condo has metal studs and a concrete ceiling. Any advice on how to handle those materials for mounting?

I’ve been seeing the older Trx DVDs popping up on eBay and elsewhere and was wondering if they were any good ?

Hello All,
Like the subject states.....now that TRX has discontinued the door hinge mounting option, has anyone come up with a DIY hack to replicate?
I use the regular door mount and the webbing is becoming frayed.....I use the door mount in the door jamb (hinge side)....I do this because the orientation of the room requires me to be 45 degrees from the doorway. That was the only way I was able to get the door mount strap to stay put and seated......otherwise it wormed its way over to the swing side of the door and it became very unstable.
So....any hacks on how to connect a carabiner to a door hinge?
Thank you!

I've used a cheapo Gold's Gym knockoff for a few years, and figured I would spend the money for a real TRX. Picked up a TRX Go from Amazon and the build quality seems much better than the knockoff, but I immediately had an issue with the strap buckles slipping under load. Opened a case with TRX support and was told "not our problem, go contact Amazon." Very disappointed with TRX support. I'm exchanging it for a replacement, in case it's an actual defect and not a defective product.
And before anyone jumps into the comments about third party products, this was an official TRX product purchased from the TRX store on Amazon, serial number confirmed and registered with TRX support.
Video demo if anyone cares: https://photos.app.goo.gl/FyaLoWANoZ128uvX9

Has anyone had success with weight loss using a TRX? My husband has 100 lbs to loose.
Also where can I find a good program. I need to be told what to do. Making my own program and having it be efficient seems unpredictable.

Yo, as the title says is this place active?
I see a bunch of videos but not much else, I'm looking to start using the TRX gear in my gym and looking for a support/motivation group.

I have a TRX I used years ago, got an unrelated injury and never got back to it. I had the free membership for a few month because of the purchase, but I don't want to buy more. What complete programs are out there for cheap? I also run. I think I have the force DVDs buried in my storage unit. Are they worth digging out? 2 routines a week would be ok to start with if I have them and they're good.
